Why We Built It
Most small businesses don't want to chase their IT provider for updates. They want to log in, see what's happening, and get on with their day. That's the thinking behind the portal. It's designed to cut out the unnecessary back-and-forth and put the information you need where you can find it.
Whether it's checking when your next invoice is due, seeing where a website build is up to, or raising a support ticket at midnight because something's playing up — it's all there, whenever you need it.
What You Can Do
Raise and Track Support Tickets
No more emailing into a void and hoping someone picks it up. Raise a ticket directly in the portal, add detail, and track its progress from open to resolved. You'll get email notifications when there's an update, and you can reply in-thread without switching to your inbox. It keeps everything in one place — for you and for us.
View Your Services and Documents
All your active services, contracts, SLAs, and quotes live in one tidy dashboard. Need to download a signed contract or check the terms of your support plan? It's there. No digging through old emails or asking us to resend something.
